Northpoint started as one agent's frustration with stitching together a CRM, a transaction tracker, a task app, and a calendar — and then forgetting to update any of them after a long day in the field. We built the tool we wanted to open at 8 a.m., not the tool the industry assumed we wanted.

The daily loop is the product.
A CRM that doesn't make your day clearer is just a database. Northpoint's Today screen and Daybook exist because the rest of the data is only useful if it tells you what to do now.
Friction has a direction.
Recording the work should be easier than doing the work. If it isn't, agents skip the recording and lose the data that makes the next month easier. Common entries, blueprints, and (soon) a native mobile companion are answers to that exact problem.
Your data is yours.
CSV export from anywhere in the app, at any time. No vendor lock-in. If we ever stop earning your business, you walk out the door with everything you put in.
Opinionated, not configurable.
We'd rather build the right defaults than ship 200 toggles. The product knows what an agent's day looks like and structures itself around that, instead of asking you to assemble it from parts.

Northpoint is built by Bridge Elevate, a small team that includes a practicing real estate agent. We're using the product on real deals every day, which is the only honest way to build it.
