Only owners and agents count toward your seat limit. Assistants and collaborators are free — on Team and Brokerage plans you can invite as many support staff as you need at no extra cost. So a Team plan with 5 agent seats can still bring on transaction coordinators and collaborators for free.
Both. Monthly is pay-as-you-go; annual bills once a year and saves you roughly two months versus monthly. You can switch between them from Settings → Billing.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time, and Stripe prorates the difference. Seat limits are enforced when you add agents, so after a downgrade you may need to remove agents before you can invite new ones.
Your card is on file from signup, so the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically on day 14 — cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. If your subscription ever lapses, your workspace becomes read-only: your data stays put and export always works, and you can reactivate whenever you're ready.
