The Today screen
How the daily action queue is built and how to read it at 8 a.m.
Today is the only screen designed to be opened first thing every morning. It pulls from every other surface in Northpoint and answers a single question: what do I need to do today, in priority order?
The stat strip
Across the top, three numbers refresh every page load:
- Pipeline value — sum of every open deal, by stage count.
- YTD GCI (closed) — gross commission income year-to-date, with at-risk flag count.
- Conversations — total interactions logged this period, with momentum vs. the prior range.
The point isn't the numbers themselves — it's that you see them every morning. Trends register before the math does.
What's at risk today
The risk widget surfaces deals with milestones slipping past their due date, contracts missing signatures, or appraisals due in the next 48 hours. Each card opens directly to the deal — one click from "huh, that's at risk" to "handling it."
Today & ahead
Calendar appointments for the next 7 days, side by side with the risk list. Showings, inspections, closings — whatever you've scheduled, you'll see here.
Pipeline momentum
Stage-by-stage breakdown of where your open deals sit. You'll learn to spot when Active is full but Contract is empty (you need to push files to escrow) or when Intake is empty (you need to lead-generate).
Action queue
The bottom of the page is a prioritized list of tasks across every deal and contact. Mark them done from here without leaving Today.
Customizing it
Each widget has a settings menu (the gear icon). Hide what you don't use, reorder what you do. Your preferences are saved per-workspace, per-device.
